Alejandro’s simple but precise cooking style is based on one thought: a good cook knows how to treat the ingredients to let them shine.

Architect and partner Andres Girault supervised the full refurbishing of Chez Loma to bring it back to its former elegant self. Our servers will make you feel at home in our delightful and comfortable dining rooms.
